Billing & plans
Qorin has four tiers. The matrix below is the authoritative summary; the full rationale lives in ADR-011 (linked from the legal page).
The amount you are actually charged always comes from Stripe, and Checkout shows it before you confirm. Free is €0 by definition and Enterprise is a quote, not a list price.
Tiers
| Feature | Free | Pro | Team | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | €0 | €20/mo | €15/seat/mo (≥3) | from €60/seat |
| Agent hosts | 1 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |
| Concurrent workspaces | 3 | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited |

| Zero-knowledge mode (E2E) | ✗ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Upload files to a workspace | ✗ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Audit log retention | 7d | 30d | 90d | 7 years |
| Seats per account | 1 | 1 | N (Stripe-billed) | unlimited |

| Dedicated regional deployment | n/a | n/a | n/a | ✓ |
CLI agents (claude / codex / cursor / gemini / opencode), terminal, shell pane, files panel, diff panel, light/dark theme — open on every tier. So is the attention dot: every plan sees in-app that a workspace is waiting for you. What Pro+ buys is being told when you are not looking — see notifications. So is Browse host files: pointing the CLI at a file already on the host moves no bytes through us, so there's nothing to meter. It's uploading from your device that's Pro+ — see attach a file for the size and speed caps.
How to upgrade
Settings → Billing → pick a plan → Stripe Checkout. We never see your card; Stripe does. EU VAT is added automatically. Receipts go to the email on your account.
Switching plans
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, charged pro-rated.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then you keep paid features.
- Going over limits after a downgrade: if you had 5 hosts on Pro and downgrade to Free (1-host cap), the existing 5 hosts stay visible but Qorin refuses to spawn new ones. The dashboard shows a banner asking you to prune or re-upgrade.
Cancel
Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Billing → Manage billing). Cancel takes effect at the end of the cycle; you stay on the paid tier until then.
Fair use / rate limits
We reserve the right to apply rate limits (requests/min, concurrent workspaces, bandwidth) to protect service stability. These are operational, not contractual — see the Terms of Service §6 for the canonical wording. If you need guarantees beyond the standard limits, talk to us about Enterprise.
