What is Qorin?

Qorin is a control plane for parallel CLI coding agents. You install a small agent on machines you own (your laptop, a workstation, a VPS); the Qorin dashboard at app.qorin.dev lets you spawn, attach to, and manage sessions of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and opencode — running side by side, on whichever host you point them at.

What problem it solves

Coding agents are amazing in isolation. The moment you want to:

• run three of them at once on different branches,
• switch between them without losing context,
• get a push notification when one needs permission to do something,
• keep their work isolated so they don't fight over the same files,
• share an agent host with a teammate without crossing identities,

… you start writing tmux scripts and shell wrappers. Qorin is what you'd eventually build. We just shipped it first.

What Qorin is not

• Not a cloud sandbox. Your code stays on machines you own. The Qorin control plane orchestrates from the browser but never runs your code in our cloud.
• Not a hosted LLM. You bring your own keys for Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, Google — or whichever provider you've pointed opencode at. Qorin doesn't relay through us.
• Not a replacement for the CLI agents. It runs them as-is, with their own UX and shortcuts. We sit alongside them, not between you and them.

High-level architecture

Three pieces talk to each other:

1. Your browser — the Qorin dashboard (app.qorin.dev).
2. The Qorin control plane — a small Fastify server at api.qorin.dev that authenticates you, persists workspace state, and routes the WebSocket between your browser and the agent.
3. The qorin-agent binary — a single Go binary you install on the machine where you want the CLIs to run. It opens an outbound WebSocket to the control plane (no inbound ports needed), spawns the CLI processes under your OS user, and streams the PTY back.

The flow when you click "New workspace" is roughly:

[browser]  → control-plane:  POST /workspaces { agent, branch, ... }
[control-plane] → agent (WS): workspace.spawn.request
[agent]        spawns `tmux new -s ws-… claude` (or codex / cursor / gemini / opencode)
              under your OS user, on the chosen folder.
[browser] ↔  control-plane ↔  agent: PTY bytes both ways
